Triggers May Just Lead To Transformation... Ya know that hella uncomfortable feeling you get when someone says or does something that is absolutely jarring to you? Irritation, indignation, and a sense of self righteousness arises.. And fast. We go from happy, joyous, and free to bitchy, annoyed, and closed off in as little as one short moment... Why do you think this is? Why in the world would we consciously allow thoughts, opinions, and perspectives of others to potentially disrupt our peace and/or ruin our entire day? It’s like handing our power of choice right on over to the very person that said/did/or acted in the way that jarred us out of our contentment in the first place. After all, having the power of choice is indeed one of our many super powers! And yet, its not as simple as it seems...
